Educational Qualification : MBBS degree and in addition to this holding qualification in Hospital Management will be preferable. Required Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience of running any reputed Government / Private hospital as Superintendent or Deputy Superintendent. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations/ service of the hospital, including patient related and administrative aspects. Oversee quality of medical care in OPD, IPD, ICU, Day-care, OT, emergency & other hospital services. Review patient care protocols, treatment guidelines and infection control practices. Conduct daily visit / rounds of different department to resolve critical cases and handle patient grievances. Ensure proper IPD admissions, discharge summaries and medical record documentation. Superv
