Sales Executive (Construction Chemicals)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the Construction Chemicals division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Position: Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals

Experience: 2–4Years

Location Mumbai

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Only candidates with hands-on sales experience in Construction Chemicals, specifically Waterproofing systems and Injection Grouting, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. *B2B sales of construction chemicals (Waterproofing & Injection Grouting)

2.* Promote Injection Grouting, waterproofing

3. *Site visits, project discussions, technical coordination

4. *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, architects, engineers, and contractors.

5. *Marketing Strategy*: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

6. *Market Research*: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

7.*Payment follow ups*: Meeting with parties regarding the payment follow ups.

Requirements:

1. *Education*: Any Graduate, B.E.Civil is a plus.

2. *Experience*: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.

3. *Skills*:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and marketing skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
