Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Design & Fabrication Engineer based in Palghat. Responsibilities include designing and developing innovative medical products, conducting in-depth user research, applying design thinking principles, and leading the end-to-end product fabrication process. The engineer will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure products meet both user needs and the highest quality standards in medical hygiene and disinfection technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Design and Visual Design (atleast 1 year).
• Experience with Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Proficient in conducting Research to gather insights for product development
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials relevant to medical products
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in designing and fabricating medical devices or similar products is a plus
• Salary package is 3.5 LPA CTC
