Seeking a full-time Entry Level Workers' Comp Analyst to work remotely, who will manage the daily coordination of Workers' Compensation claims, engage with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers, and utilize company systems to ensure accurate processing of claims. Key responsibilities Set up and process new accounts daily Communicate effectively with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers to enhance revenue Maintain high standards of accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling medical and financial information Required qualifications Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality obligations Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Demonstrated integrity and ethical decision-making skills Familiarity with compliance programs and relevant laws such as GLBA and FCRA Willingness to engage in continuous feedback and learning opportunities
