Machine Shop Supervisor

Cardinal is looking for an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in our machine shop. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing machining operations, managing production schedules, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you’ll do:Oversee CNC and manual machining operations, equipment, and personnelLead, coach, and supervise a team of 15–20 employeesCoordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery goalsMonitor productivity, work quality, and equipment performanceSupport equipment maintenance, production changeovers, and operational improvementsDrive continuous improvement, 5S practices, and workplace safety
What we’re looking for:5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in machining or metal fabrication2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong knowledge of CNC machining, blueprints, and production processesExperience with CNC programming, Lean Manufacturing, or quality management is a plus
