Description- Job Title: Backend Developer (Golang + Python)

Role Overview : We are looking for a highly hands-on Backend Developer with 7–9 years of experience in Golang and Python to design and build scalable backend systems. This role requires strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on production-grade systems. You will be actively involved in writing clean, efficient code, designing APIs, and contributing to system architecture for high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
• Write high-quality, production-ready code in Golang and Python
• Build scalable and reliable systems with a focus on performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability

Core Technical Requirements - Golang (Primary Focus):

• Strong hands-on experience in Go programming
• Deep understanding of: Goroutines and concurrency patterns Channels and synchronization (mutexes, wait groups, etc.)
• Proven experience in building backend services or microservices using Go
• Strong coding skills with emphasis on: Performance optimization
• Error handling Writing clean, maintainable code
• Good understanding of REST API design
• Familiarity with gRPC and Prometheus (good to have, not mandatory)
• Python Strong experience in backend development using Python
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: Django / Django REST Framework Flask FastAPI
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of: Database design (SQL/NoSQL) API security, authentication, and authorization
• Ability to write efficient, scalable backend logic

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with distributed systems and messaging queues
• Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
