Clindove Research is hiring a Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator to take primary ownership of the recruitment growth for one active clinical trial at our Brooklyn research site.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient-facing work, is organized, and is motivated by recruitment and enrollment goals.
ResponsibilitiesRecruit and prescreen potential study participantsFollow up with patient leads by phone, text, and emailSchedule screening visits and reduce no-showsReview basic medical history against study eligibility criteriaCoordinate screening and study visitsMaintain accurate study documentation and patient trackingWork closely with the PI and research team to improve enrollmentTrack recruitment metrics and proactively identify ways to increase enrollmentWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and patient-facing skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable making a high volume of patient callsAble to work independently and take ownership of a studyGoal-oriented and comfortable xzbcwsv being measured on recruitment performancePosition DetailsLocation: Brooklyn, NYSchedule: Part-time to startWork setting: On-sitePotential to grow into a larger role as Clindove Research expandsWe’re looking for someone who wants to own the success of a study, not simply complete assigned tasks.
