Assistant Manager - Network Administrator, Information Technology Department

• Manage and maintain the organization’s server, network, and IT infrastructure environment.
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Administer and support LAN, WAN, VPN, internet connectivity, and inter-site communications.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network devices, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, virtualization platforms, and other core Microsoft services.
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, backup operations, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders for infrastructure projects and support activities.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and IT asset records.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Network Administrator.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco (L2/L3), Ruckus, and H3C switching technologies.
• Excellent understanding of VLANs, Trunking, Inter‑VLAN Routing, STP, WAN Connectivity, WAN Load Balancing, and Failover Solutions.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Fortinet Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
• Hands‑on experience with IPSec VPNs, Site‑to‑Site VPNs, Remote Access VPNs, and Network Security Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange Administration.
• Experience in Microsoft Exchange mailbox management, email routing, Outlook support, and email security administration.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization platforms and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of SAN/NAS Storage Solutions, Backup Technologies, and Disaster Recovery Practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle critical infrastructure incidents.
• Relevant certifications will be preferred.
