US Sourcing Specialist (Non IT/Engineering/Manufacturing)
We are looking for US Sourcing Specialists / Recruiters with experience in non-IT hiring, particularly across Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or other technical domains.
Key requirements:
● Experience in US recruitment/sourcing
● Strong exposure to Engineering or Manufacturing hiring
● Candidates from non-IT recruitment backgrounds are highly preferred
● Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels
● Good understanding of the US recruitment market and candidate mapping
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
