Title - Content Lead -D2C - Gurgaon || CTC Upto 25 LPA || fast-growing D2C Beauty & Personal Care brand

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Content Lead who can own the entire content journey for a fast-growing D2C Beauty & Personal Care brand l

Should be comfortable with ideating, scripting, getting on camera, directing editors, reviewing creatives, and using performance data to continuously improve content.

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end performance content across video, static, website & marketplace/A+ content

• Ideate and script high-performing video ads and scale output to 300–400 assets/month

• Develop and test hooks across UGC, testimonials, founder-led, meme-style and other formats

• Be comfortable getting on camera when required

• Direct static creatives for Meta, marketplaces and website product pages

• Track CTR, Hook Rate, Thumb-stop Rate, Hold Rate, Conversion & ROAS and use insights to drive creative decisions

• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to translate campaign requirements into creative briefs

• Manage and mentor Content Strategists, video editors and freelancers

• Build SOPs and repeatable systems to scale creative output without compromising quality

• Stay ahead of emerging D2C content formats, trends and creative approaches

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5–7 years of total experience (maximum)

✅ Strong experience building performance content for a D2C brand

✅ Proven understanding of CTR, Hook Rate, Thumb-stop Rate, CPM and ROAS

✅ Strong creative instinct with the ability to identify what makes content stop the scroll

✅ Hands-on experience in ideation, scripting and video direction

✅ Comfortable being on camera

✅ Experience with both video and static ad creatives

✅ Exposure to website, marketplace and A+ content

CTR: 1%+

Video Hook Rate: 25%+

50% Hold Rate: 10%+
