We’re Hiring: Ice Cream Production Manager (2nd Line) | Fully Automatic Plant
Location: Hyderabad
Achieve daily/monthly production targets
⚙️ Maximize uptime of automated lines
Manpower Productivity
Cost Optimization ( Reduce wastage & improve yield)
Handle fully automatic ice cream processing & packing lines
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, ISO, GMP standards
Maintenance Coordination ( Ensure zero production loss)
Continuous Improvement ( Drive automation & productivity improvements)
Reporting & MIS ( Track KPIs, prepare reports & dashboards)
Candidate Profile
Experince in ice cream production (automatic plants)
Strong exposure to high-speed automated lines
KPI-driven mindset with focus on efficiency & cost
Strong team handling skills
