We're Hiring: Reservation Executive | Zirakpur

Echor Hotels & Resorts is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy creating smooth booking experiences for guests and have hands-on experience in hotel reservations, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and ensure a seamless guest booking journey

• Handle guest queries, modifications, and feedback professionally

• Maintain accurate room inventory across OTAs, direct channels, and B2 B platforms

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to maximize bookings

• Resolve guest concerns, cancellations, and complaints efficiently

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: Zirakpur
