Product Sales Engineer – Industrial / Boiler Division

LOCATION ( Any of the below Location)

(Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Haryana, Faridabad, Sonipat, Panipat, Patna, Chandigarh, Lucknow,

Kota, Ajmer, Jaipur, Kanpur, Bhopal, Coimbatore, Kochi, Madurai, Visakhapatnam, Varanasi,

Indore, Bhubaneswar, Regional – as applicable)

ROLE PURPOSE

Drive product sales (boilers & industrial equipment), manage customer relationships, and

contribute to building a scalable sales pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SALES & REVENUE

Achieve assigned sales targets (₹4–8 Cr annually depending on experience)

Convert enquiries into orders

Handle end-to-end sales cycle

2. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Meet industrial customers and understand requirements

Build long-term relationships

Handle technical and commercial discussions

3. PIPELINE MANAGEMENT

Build and maintain strong pipeline (3× of target)

Track enquiries → quotes → orders

Ensure follow-up discipline

4. QUOTATION & NEGOTIATION

Prepare and submit quotations

Negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms

Close deals effectively

5. MARKET DEVELOPMENT

Identify new customers and opportunities

Work with channel partners / BAs

Expand regional presence

ROLE EVOLUTION

This role offers transition from product sales → project/EPC sales , enabling exposure to

larger deal sizes and higher responsibility over time.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

EXPERIENCE

2–6 years in industrial / capital equipment sales

Experience in boilers / process industry preferred

Basic technical understanding

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION

Monthly target: ₹40–80 Lakhs

Orders: 2–4 per month
