Incubator Lab is a fully remote team seeking a Video Editor to craft short-form paid social ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will work asynchronously with Creative Strategists and Growth teams to drive performance and scale winning creative.

The role requires 2+ years in D2C/e‑commerce video editing, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, After Effects, and comfort with AI video tools. Remote-first environment with overlapping hours to US EST.
