Hiring a Core Team Generalist: a sharp all-rounder who's happy to wear every hat, from AI and marketing to operations, technical and non-technical.

It's full-time, with a genuinely flexible way of working. It's ideal if you're not working right now and want something meaningful that still leaves plenty of room for your own life.

What you'd work on

Whatever the business needs that week, alongside me:

• AI: exploring tools, building workflows, and helping with client work
• Marketing & branding: content, social media, and our website and presence
• Operations & project management: keeping projects moving and coordinating with clients and people
• Customers: looking after existing ones and helping find new ones

How we work

• We all work from home. Life happens during the day, and we fit work around it. There are no fixed hours you need to be online.
• Just keep people posted on when you're around, stay reasonably responsive, and work async.
• We work as colleagues. No "sir/ma'am."

What we're looking for

This role doesn't need all your hours, and we like it that way. We're looking for someone who values time for themselves and their life, not someone juggling multiple jobs or roles. So while the hours are light and flexible, we do ask that this be your only job.

We're also experimenting with how we work. As we grow, we'll shape things so they scale comfortably for everyone, without getting in the way of anyone's life.

You'll fit if

• You're a smart all-rounder who doesn't need rigid rules to do good work
• You're comfortable with AI tools and curious to go deeper (bonus if you already use them daily or have tried agents and automations)
• You speak English (Hindi is a plus)
• You have your own laptop (Mac preferred)

Pay

₹25,000/month to start. This is what we can currently spare from profits, not a fixed ceiling. There's no set review cycle. If you bring in business, build something that earns, or take on more, we'll redefine your pay. As the business grows, so do we.

The role is with Rocket Media Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in business since 2012. You'll be on its rolls with an employee ID (no attendance tracking), and you'll receive a relieving letter and experience certificate when you move on.

Before this, we built TweetSecret, a US platform for exclusive artist content, with artists like Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) and board members like Chris Jericho. More recently, we built Religo, a restaurant point-of-sale and payments platform. The Religo team was later acquired by an Indian company to set up a new vertical.
