Year Up United’s Sales Fundamentals Career Training Program equips motivated young adults with skills for launch into entry-level sales roles. Participants complete intensive, instructor-led coursework in sales fundamentals, customer engagement, and CRM tools, combined with professional skills training in communication, teamwork, and workplace norms. You’ll practice prospecting, presentations, and pipeline management through real-world projects and coaching. Working closely with staff and corporate partners, you’ll build a professional network and prepare for internships or full-time roles with inclusive employer partners committed to developing diverse talent.
