- Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Obtain and document vital signs while promptly reporting changes in resident condition to the licensed nursing staff
- Respond quickly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care
- Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required
- Competitive pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
