Job Summary

MTK Healthcare is looking for an experienced US Compliance & Onboarding Specialist to manage and coordinate compliance and onboarding activities for healthcare professionals.

We are also open to US Healthcare Recruiters who have strong hands-on experience in compliance, credentialing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding and compliance processes.
• Verify healthcare licenses, certifications, and other credentials.
• Coordinate background checks and drug screening.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.
• Track document expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and internal teams.
• Ensure candidates meet client-specific compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate information.

Required Skills

• Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing .
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance & credentialing .
• Hands-on experience with candidate onboarding.
• Knowledge of background checks, drug screens, licenses, and certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines.
