Leading commercial management across a varied project portfolio\ N Managing projects with a high degree of autonomy\ N Senior-level client relationship management and business development\ N Line management and mentoring of junior surveyors\ N Contributing to the growth of the wider team\ N

Requirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:\ N
MRICS qualified\ N Strong PQS background across commercial and/or residential sectors\ N Track record managing projects and clients independently\ N Experience mentoring junior staff\ N
