Gordian Energy Systems is EXPANDING & HIRING THE BEST! We are actively seeking a Project Manager for commercial solar installations. You will be a critical part of the team that drives a project from the design stage to construction completion while staying on budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities of the project team include:Coordinate and manage the project lifecycle from preliminary planning to job close out.Initiate and maintain relationships with all parties including clients, vendors and subcontractors.Confirm that the internal project schedules match with the contract milestones and deliverables, then keep all required documents, schedules and financial reports updated timely and accurately.Oversee the project so that all milestones are completed, invoiced, and collected timely throughout the project and all administrative documentation is submitted timely and accurately.Manage all aspects of the design engineering and drawing review and the major equipment procurement.Thoroughly vet all subcontractors and vendors, including reviewing bid packages and all subcontracts, then consistently manage, communicate with, and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors and other parties involved in the construction.Effectively communicate with project owners through progress meetings and other means, to keep them updated on scheduling and overall project status.Requirements:At least three years of experience in commercial project management.Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.A curiosity to learn and the maturity to handle challenges and help grow the team's capabilities.
