Leading demand and proposal management for enterprise-level commercial opportunities, the full-time remote Demand Management Leader will support cross-business collaboration, manage supply and demand planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Projects Coordination Office. Key responsibilities Manage demand and proposal activities as the primary liaison among the PCO and Commercial teams Develop and improve demand management tools to enhance visibility into equipment manufacturing and demand Lead cross-segment proposal development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality integrated proposals to customers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline Eight years of experience in strategic marketing, sales operations, or commercial finance roles within the power industry Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights for decision-making Experience in proposal management and customer advocacy Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
