Role: Channel Sales Leader - UAE Property Developer Job Location: Abu Dhabi / UAE Salary Range: AED (INR 38 Lacs equivalent) Per Annum plus Uncapped sales commissions - Tax free salary Key Responsibilities: The role involves sales of Dubai based residential, commercial and retail projects of a AAA grade developer. Identify, engage, and onboard experienced brokers and channel partners. Build and nurture long-term relationships with broker networks to drive lead generation and improve sales conversions. Conduct training programs and product knowledge sessions to enable effective selling by channel partners. Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with overall business goals and growth targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen m
