Senior Transactional Tax Lawyer

About the Job:
Prominent New York law firm is conducting a priority search for a sophisticated transactional tax lawyer with significant experience advising on complex transactions and working closely with corporate deal teams. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in several of the following areas:
M&A, dispositions, and other corporate transactionsPrivate investment fund formation and structuringPartnership and corporate taxationJoint ventures, including real estate and other strategic investmentsDomestic and cross-border investment and transaction structuring
Experience with public or private financing, international tax planning, and family office or high-net-worth investment structures would be a plus but is not required.
No book of business is required as the firm already has a busy practice and there is a true business need.
The firm is open to thinking creatively about level. In addition to current partners, the firm would strongly consider an exceptional senior associate or counsel with the technical sophistication and experience for elevation to partner. xzbcwsv
