About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workflow Modelling professional with strong hands-on expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN to design and build end-to-end, production-ready workflows for financial services use cases.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate business and operational requirements into executable workflow and decision models, covering process orchestration, business decisioning, approvals, controls, SLAs, handoffs and exception handling.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end workflows using BPMN 2.0 for process orchestration. Develop DMN models for business decision logic. Translate business and operational requirements into executable workflow and decision models. Model approvals, controls, SLAs, handoffs and exception paths. Work closely with business, product and engineering teams to validate workflow behavior and outcomes. Ensure workflows meet financial-services expectations for auditability, transparency and operational control. Build standardized and maintainable workflow patterns. Create clear workflow documentation and support knowledge transfer. Drive workflows from requirements through production implementation.

Mandatory Requirements

8–13 years of relevant professional experience. Strong hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0. Strong hands-on experience with DMN. Must have built complete, executable and production-ready workflows — conceptual/process modeling experience alone is not sufficient. Proven delivery experience in the Financial Services/BFSI domain. Strong understanding of workflow approvals, controls, SLAs, handoffs and exception handling. Ability to translate business requirements into executable workflow and decision models. Experience working directly with business stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Stable career history with no frequent job changes. Willingness to work 3 days from office in Goregaon, Mumbai. Candidates from across Maharashtra can be considered if willing to relocate to/commute to Mumbai.

We are specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate actual hands-on BPMN + DMN workflow delivery in production, preferably with examples from financial-services processes.
