Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into bold, memorable visual language. Someone who understands brand thinking deeply and can independently execute high-quality design across branding, digital, print, and campaigns.

You’ll take ownership of creative projects, guide junior designers, collaborate with strategy/content teams, and ensure every output reflects clarity, consistency, and strong design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong visual concepts for branding, digital creatives, packaging, and campaigns.
• Lead design execution from concept to delivery with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to build cohesive outputs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming, pitch discussions, and creative strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design/Visual Communication.
• 3–5 years of proven studio/agency experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong storytelling, system thinking, typography, and layout skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates branding + digital expertise.

Experience: 3–5 Years
