The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative leader with strong technical judgment, attention to detail, effective risk management skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with property owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.Our projects are primarily located in Palm Beach County.
Required Qualifications15+ years of commercial construction experience, including substantial project management responsibility with a general contractor.Extensive ground-up commercial construction experience, with demonstrated project ownership from preconstruction through completion.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, control budgets and schedules, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.Strong subcontractor negotiation, client communication, and team leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.Manage contracts, change orders, costs, and project documentation.Oversee quality, safety, and code compliance while keeping clients informed.Apply through LinkedIn.
