Role Description This full-time, on-site Public Relations Manager role is based in Vadodara. The Public Relations Manager will develop and implement PR strategies that enhance Mercury EV Tech's brand visibility and reputation in the EV and sustainability sectors. Daily responsibilities include drafting press releases, organizing media briefings, managing relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinating interviews and speaking engagements for company leaders. The role also involves monitoring media coverage, preparing key messages and talking points, and ensuring consistent, strategic communications across channels. The Public Relations Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and product teams to align PR activities with business objectives and campaign timelines. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills to manage external communication and build positive relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications to craft clear, impactful messaging that supports brand and business goals. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, to represent the organization effectively. Relevant experience in PR or corporate communications, preferably in technology, automotive, or sustainability sectors. Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with social media, digital PR tools, and media monitoring platforms is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
