You'll own the full script lifecycle: research, structure, writing, and iteration based on performance data. This isn't just a writing role — it's part strategist, part storyteller, part data-reader. What You'll Do Research trending formats, competitor content, and platform-specific hook patterns (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video) before writing a single line Study audience pain points, FAQs, and objections from our tutoring/parent community to find angles that actually resonate Write scripts with strong hooks (first 1-3 seconds), clear narrative arcs, and a payoff that matches the promise
