This is a highly visible role with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, executive reporting, and strategic analysis. The Director will lead a small team of financial analysts while partnering closely with senior finance leadership on both traditional FP&A and broader strategic initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processesDevelop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-makingPrepare financial and management reporting for executive leadership and the BoardLead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analystsPartner closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiativesSupport financial modeling related to acquisitions, licensing, and other growth opportunitiesAnalyze financial performance, trends, and key business driversIdentify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, and overall efficiencyHelp evaluate and implement opportunities to leverage AI and technology within the finance function
What We’re Looking ForStrong progressive FP&A experience with ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingPrior leadership xzbcwsv or people management experienceExperience preparing executive-level and/or Board reportingStrong financial modeling and analytical capabilitiesExposure to M&A, transaction-related modeling, licensing, or other strategic finance initiatives is highly desirableExperience using technology, automation, or AI to improve finance processes is a plusBackground supporting a complex, multi-faceted organization preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
