A Top 15 CPA Firm is seeking an Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing Commercial Real Estate practice in Miami.
This opportunity offers the chance to lead audit engagements, develop and mentor staff, manage key client relationships, and work with a sophisticated portfolio of commercial real estate clients. The firm is open to considering candidates at either the Manager or Senior Manager level, depending on experience.
Position HighlightsLocation: Miami, FLHybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-officeAudit Manager Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000Audit Senior Manager Base Salary: $160,000–$200,000Lead and manage complex audit engagementsWork with a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate clientsManage and develop engagement teamsBuild and maintain relationships with key client stakeholdersStrong long-term career and leadership growth opportunitiesCompetitive benefits and professional development resources
Ideal Background5+ years of public accounting audit experience, with additional experience expected for the Senior Manager levelActive CPA licenseCommercial real estate audit experience preferredStrong for-profit audit experience will also be consideredExperience managing audit engagements, teams, and client relationshipsStrong technical accounting and audit knowledgeProven leadership and client service skills
