About the Role

Aaron Freight Management is looking for a Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their logistics requirements, presenting our freight solutions, and converting opportunities into shipment nominations.

• Approach and connect with clients through the company database .
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and present Air & Ocean Freight solutions .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients.
• Convert business opportunities into shipment nominations .
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Air & Ocean Freight and international shipping.
• Knowledge of Incoterms will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with clients.
• Proactive, presentable and business-oriented.
• Candidates based in Bengaluru preferred.
• Must be comfortable travelling to Marathahalli .
