Known for repeat business, operational excellence, and employee retention. Job Description Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects in the interiors and renovations sector. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project alignment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication among all project team members. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction project management, specifically in interiors and renovations. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Experience working with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to challenges and deliver results under pressure.
