Roles and Responsibilities L ead Software Engineer Lead software engineering team by providing expertise in requirement gathering & analysis, solution design & documentation, and end-to-end technology delivery of business initiatives. Analyze current technology trend, and regional technology roadmap, and internal company’s technology current state and design for future convergence and sustainability. Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments. Account for possible project technical challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope. Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
