Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
Work Setting: Office / Indoor Facility
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire- Full Benefits after 30days of hire with client.
POSITION SUMMARY
A local client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial employee to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment.
This is a temporary-to-hire position , providing an opportunity to transition into permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow cleaning and safety procedures, and be comfortable working independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas Clean and maintain office spaces, common areas, and other designated areas Collect, remove, and properly dispose of waste Maintain floors through mopping, buffing, and spot treatments as needed Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages Report maintenance concerns, repairs, or facility issues to the appropriate team Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the workday This is a temporary to hire position. Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
