Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality instruction in Accountancy and Business Studies to students of classes XI and XII, following the prescribed curriculum and ensuring academic rigor.
• Preparing lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that foster student engagement and comprehension.
• Providing individualized support to students to address their academic needs and enhance learning outcomes.
• Regularly evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, offering constructive feedback to improve their understanding.
• Encouraging a holistic development approach through co-curricular activities related to commerce and financial literacy.
• Collaborating with fellow educators and school management to create a productive, inclusive learning environment.
• Keeping up-to-date with developments in the subject area and incorporating relevant updates into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Accountancy or Commerce.
• B.Ed.
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Accountancy at the senior secondary level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
