Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one learning sessions at children's homes.
• Deliver engaging, play-based activities using Raising Superstars' learning kits.
• Adapt lessons according to each child's learning pace and developmental stage.
• Share progress updates with parents after sessions.
• Maintain attendance and progress reports through the mobile app.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and professionalism during home visits.
• Attend training programs and ongoing educator development sessions.
