Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care & Leadership Provide expert clinical care in all areas of Gynecology, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care. Diagnose and manage complex gynecologic conditions; perform in-office and surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and colposcopies. Support and mentor APPs (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to ensure clinical excellence and coordinated care delivery. Maintain open and effective communication with staff, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
