Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing and negotiating of a wide variety of contracts with suppliers, vendors and clients.Working in the regulatory and compliance space, with registered investment advisorsProvide general legal and compliance support for daily transactions, including NDAs, regulatory filings, LLC agreements and other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school and member of NY State Bar4 -7 years’ experience in a law firm or bank legal department environmentFamiliarity with credit agreement and indenture review and drafting is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills xzbcwsv Regulatory and compliance experience with registered investment advisors is preferredProactive and solution-orientedAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentMandarin or Cantonese speaking is a big plus
