Sr. Manager, Total Rewards (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Viridan Group is partnered with a market-leading renewable energy owner and operator with approximately 11.5GW of contracted capacity across 75+ projects in 20 states. They are looking to hire a Total Rewards professional with 6-10+ years of Human Capital experience. Specifically, this individual will lead compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll programs, partnering with Human Capital leadership and Finance on annual pay, performance, and promotion cycles while overseeing leave, immigration, and compliance. Requirements 6-10+ years of Human Capital experience with significant expertise in Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, and compliance Experience in a high-performing, talent-centric organization where differentiated compensation and performance management are central to the business Strong knowledge of leave administration, immigration, and federal and state employment laws, with experience owning an HRIS Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred This is a hybrid role based in New York
