Oracle EBS Order Management / Shipping Techno Functional Analyst

A well-established product manufacturer in the Cleveland area needs an Oracle EBS Order Management Analyst. You'll own the Order-to-shipping --> Invoicing side of their Oracle R12 environment and work directly with customer service, warehouse and shipping teams to keep orders moving.

What you'll do

• Configure and support Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping Execution, including order, line and transaction types, workflow assignments, shipping setup, pick release and ship confirm.
• Troubleshoot stuck orders, holds and shipping issues and get to the root cause.
• Gather requirements, test changes and train users.
• Support invoicing and AR when needed.

What is needed

• This person needs to own issues end to end and understand the O2S business process, diagnose the problem, and come up with the solution.
• We are looking for a problem solver, not primarily just a documentation or coordination role. A stronger technical background who can still clearly explain the O2S flow.
• Hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Shipping Execution configuration experience, beyond end-user work.
• A background in manufacturing or distribution.
• Candidates must be authorized now and in the future to work without employer sponsorship, since you'll be joining them as a permanent employee.

The details

• This role is remote with the employer based in the Cleveland / Akron area.
• Onsite 1x per quarter typical with occasional onsite requested for go-live events, etc.
• Full-time, direct hire with full benefits or Contract To Hire being considered.
