Locations: Lafayette, LA | Knoxville, TN | Columbia, SC | Birmingham, ALWe are seeking an experienced IT Problem Management Analyst to drive root cause analysis, identify recurring production issues, and improve operational reliability within an enterprise IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident trend analysis.Identify systemic issues across applications and teams.Facilitate problem reviews and lessons-learned sessions.Track corrective actions and drive them through closure.Develop operational dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.Recommend process improvements to enhance reliability and resiliency.
Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in IT Problem Management and RCA.Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with production operations, incident management, and continuous improvement.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. xzbcwsv Experience in financial services and familiarity with process mining or automation are preferred.
