Job Description
MedStar Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide home-based speech and language services across St. Mary’s County. In this autonomous field role, you will evaluate adult and pediatric patients, develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, and educate families to support functional communication and swallowing. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in the EMR, and contribute to MedStar’s mission-driven, patient-first culture serving diverse community populations.
