We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee the execution of landscaping projects across Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role involving daily coordination of landscaping activities, workforce management, quality control, client communication, and project progress monitoring.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, can independently manage multiple sites, and ensures every project is executed efficiently while maintaining Urban Jungle's quality standards.

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of landscaping and garden installation projects.
• Supervise gardeners, technicians, contractors, and vendors at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved landscape designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Coordinate delivery of plants, pots, landscape materials, tools, and equipment to sites.
• Verify material quantities and maintain proper inventory records during project execution.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure excellent workmanship and healthy plant installation.
• Identify site challenges and resolve execution issues proactively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and updates.
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily site reports, photographs, work progress updates, and completion documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist in project handovers and coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth post-installation support.

• 2–5 years of experience in site coordination, project execution, construction, interiors, landscaping, or facility management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings or landscape layouts.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling across project sites within Bengaluru.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic documentation.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license with willingness to travel for site visits.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Experience in landscaping, irrigation systems, hardscaping, nursery operations, or garden maintenance.
• Knowledge of ornamental plants, planting techniques, irrigation systems, and basic horticultural practices.
• Experience handling residential villa or premium home projects is an added advantage.
