Hiring: Senior Executive – Operations | Payment Gateway

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: FinTech / Payment Gateway

Location: Kolkata

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Operations with 3–5 years of experience in the Payment Gateway / FinTech industry to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Payment Gateway operations , including Payin, Payout, Settlement and Reconciliation.
• Handle merchant onboarding, KYC verification and operational coordination .
• Monitor transactions and resolve transaction-related issues within defined TAT.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS, settlement and reconciliation reports .
• Coordinate with Banks, Acquirers, Payment Gateway partners and internal teams .
• Handle refunds, chargebacks and dispute-related operational activities .
• Monitor transaction success rates, failures and other operational parameters.
• Coordinate with the technical team for API/integration and transaction-related issues .
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of merchant queries.
• Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Payment Gateway / FinTech Operations .
• Good understanding of Payin, Payout, Settlement, Reconciliation and Chargebacks .
• Experience working with Merchants, Acquirers and Banking Partners .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
