Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Designer role based in Jaipur. The Jewelry Designer will create original jewelry concepts, develop sketches, and translate ideas into detailed designs for fashion and fine jewelry collections. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and merchandising teams, preparing technical drawings and CAD models, and ensuring designs meet manufacturing, quality, and cost requirements. The role involves researching trends, materials, and techniques, maintaining design libraries, and supporting prototype development and final production. The designer will also participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and help maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all jewelry lines. The designer should also know how to incorporate AI into designing.

Qualifications

• Strong Jewelry Design skills, including concept development and collection planning.
• Proficiency in Drawing and illustration for clear, detailed design presentation.
• Experience in designing western and modern jewelry
• Background in Product Design, focusing on wearability, durability, and manufacturability.
• Ability to work with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for 3D modeling and technical specifications.
• Attention to detail, color and material sense, and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design intent clearly.
• Relevant education in jewelry design, product design, fashion design, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with jewelry manufacturers or workshops considered an advantage.
