L1 – MySQL / PostgreSQL DBA Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Experience: 1–3 years Coverage: 9×6 with escalation support Job Overview Responsible for day-to-day administration and operational support of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases across DEV, UAT, Staging, PROD and DR environments. Key Responsibilities Monitor database health, availability, storage, performance and alerts. Perform backup, restore and restore-drill activities. Monitor replication and support basic troubleshooting. Perform user/role management and periodic access reviews. Support database patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation. Execute approved database scripts during releases. Perform housekeeping, maintenance and archival activities. Support basic performance troubleshooting and query-related issues. Coordinate with application, server, network and vendor teams. Prepare operational, capacity and service reports. Ensure SLA, audit, security and RBI policy compliance. Maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge documentation. Support DR drills, preventive maintenance and RCA activities. Follow Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management processes.
