Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting internal audits of financial transactions, systems, and operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, and working papers.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, internal controls, and corporate regulations.
- Identify irregularities or discrepancies and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with the accounts team in daily accounting and financial management tasks.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and project-related financial tracking.
- Provide audit support during internal and external evaluations.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ACCA/ICMA preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
