Leading the administration and optimization of Absorb LMS and Adobe Experience Manager, the full-time hybrid LMS Support Consultant will provide strategic consulting, system configuration, and stakeholder advisory services to enhance digital learning experiences and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Key responsibilities Administer and optimize Absorb LMS and Adobe Experience Manager, balancing hands-on management with strategic consulting Design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions that align with business objectives and improve learner performance Collaborate with technology and operations teams to troubleshoot platform issues and support system updates and enhancements Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Absorb LMS and Adobe Experience Manager Expertise in platform configuration, content authoring, and data migration Experience in documenting platform configurations and operational processes Strong understanding of compliance requirements in digital learning Ability to facilitate hybrid collaboration and manage stakeholder communications effectively
