Client Servicing:</b> Managing client expectations and maintaining a healthy working relationship with them.</p><p><b>2. Community Management:</b> Social media community management for various properties like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. for our clients including posting &amp; scheduling content, managing queries, creating conversations, mapping influencers, and more.</p><p><b>3. Content Writing: </b>Creating content for our clients for social media, websites, blogs, and more.</p><p><b>4. Account Operations:</b> Ensuring smooth functioning of the account internally to help meet all deliverables including coordination with design teams, media teams, managers, and other important stakeholders involved.</p><p><b>5. Planning:</b> Help plan on the account when it comes to campaigns and engagements, quarterly planning, annual planning closely with the managers on the account.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Top 5 Thing you need to have for this role:</b></p><p><b>1. Writing skills:</b> Impeccable writing skills not just limited to good technical writing but with a creative bent of mind to come up with ideas for videos, campaigns, and more.</p><p><b>2.
