We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Service & Operations Representative.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities. While there are opportunities to earn commissions through cross-selling and referrals, this is primarily a service and operations role focused on supporting our clients and helping the agency run efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities
Process policy changes and service requestsAssist clients with billing questions and policy inquiriesPrepare insurance quotes and applicationsFollow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documentsAssist with policy renewals and remarketing opportunitiesSupport cross-selling and client outreach initiativesMaintain accurate client records in HawkSoft agency management softwareTrack agency workflows, follow-up tasks, and service requestsAnswer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer serviceAssist with certificates of insurance and other policy documentationHelp improve internal processes and support daily agency operations
Qualifications
High School Diploma requiredPrevious insurance or customer service experience preferredProperty & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain (agency assistance provided)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiesPositive attitude with strong attention to detailComfortable learning new software and technologySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
